    In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—struggles to remove a large dilated pore of Winer stuck to a patient. Once extracted, the compacted contents looks like a spitball you’d find on a middle school ceiling. Ah, the memories.

    In the clip, Dr. Lee wrestles with the pesky dilated pore of Winer, pulling out small bits of the growth while trying to loosen it from internal structures. The famed dermatologist is eventually able to pluck out the sizable contents in one piece. But only after a worthy fight aided by a pair of surgical tweezers. The removed contents will probably remind you of a gross wad of chewed-up paper given it’s hue, texture and size.

    One fan commented, “Sticky. What an ending!!” Another fan added, “When it all came out, I felt that. I did an actual sigh of relief.” Same.

    A dilated pore of Winer essentially a large blackhead, which is defined by having keratin plug in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the compacted contents gathering inside. And you thought you had big pores…
